Global warming?

Tornadoes in New York, A decade long drought in Australia, playground wood chips bursting into flames, 500,000 acre long wild fires, hurricanes in the pacific ocean, and tropical storms hitting Texas. Strange events such as the ones above are happening all around the world,  events that haven’t happened for hundreds of years or not at all. The only explanation that I and many others could come up with is global warming. Many refuse to believe it but the evidence in my opinion, is smacking us in the face.

A good example of what might happen if we continue down the path were on is the movie THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW,  the movie is basically about the polar ice caps melting and diluting the atlantic ocean with large amounts of fresh water, this triggers a series of anomalies and extreme weather events, eventually leading up to a massive “global superstorm” system consisting of three gigantic hurricane-like superstorms, which result in an ice age for the northern hemisphere within days. Although I doubt the weather would become that extreme, we are getting some early warning signs like heat waves and periods of unusually warm weather, ocean warming, sea-level rise and coastal flooding, glaciers melting, and arctic and Antarctic warming.

Global warming is caused by pollution, pollution comes in many forms from many pollutants like motor vehicle, there emissions are one of the leading causes of air pollution, there are many more but to many to list. Unfortunately you will always have people that will never change there bad habits like littering or driving excessively large trucks and suv’s until the average temperature is 11o degrees. I just hope that this will open peoples eyes to the fact that global warming is affecting our lives more than we think
